With a measure proposed by the Councillor for Health, Social Policies and Cooperation Mario Tonina, the Provincial Council approved the allocation of resources to be assigned to the Communities, to the Val d'Adige Territory, to the provincial structures, and to the APSS to cope with the increase in labour costs in the social welfare and social health sectors resulting from the renewal of the employment contract for third sector workers involved in the services.
"With this measure,' emphasises the councillor, 'important resources are made available that go in the direction of enhancing the commitment, professionalism and humanity with which many workers face such a delicate and important job for our community every day. The Province has worked in synergy with the Communities and with the Municipalities of Trento and Rovereto in the definition of this important measure, supporting these sectors that see the close collaboration between the public body and the third sector in the development of networks of solidarity and care in the territories'.
