Meteotrentino informs that next week will start with a decisive change of scenery: widespread, sometimes intense rainfall is expected, accompanied by a marked drop in temperatures. Overcast skies are expected on Monday with persistent rainfall, locally heavy, especially in the central hours and in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures will drop by 8-10 degrees compared to today. An average of 20-40 millimetres of rain is expected by the evening, with locally higher accumulations. After a brief pause between Monday evening and the central hours of Tuesday, rainfall will resume and may become thunderstorms, especially in the night between Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will drop further, especially in the minimum values and in the mountains, with the snow quota possibly falling to around 2,500 metres, locally even lower.
