   Gli enti che hanno beneficiato di un contributo provinciale ai sensi dell’art. 19 bis, comma 1 della LP 6/1998, si impegnano a non mutare la destinazione delle opere finanziate per un periodo di 25 anni, se il contributo è d’importo superiore euro 200.000, o di 10 anni qualora il contributo sia d’importo non superiore a euro 200.000.
   Nel periodo di vigenza del vincolo di destinazione gli enti possono chiedere l’autorizzazione ad alienare l’immobile. L’autorizzazione è concessa con deliberazione della Giunta provinciale con la quale è altresì determinato l’importo del contributo che l’ente deve eventualmente restituire alla Provincia.
   Le domande possono essere presentate in qualsiasi momento al Servizio politiche sanitarie e per la non autosufficienza, allegando la documentazione indicata nel modulo.
