This morning, the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, welcomed by the Provincial Commander of the Carabinieri, Colonel Matteo Ederle, went to the barracks in Via Barbacovi in Trento to greet the 66 Carabinieri and Marshals (including 11 women) who have taken up their duties in Trentino in recent days in various Stations. In his speech, the President expressed his satisfaction for what he described as a sign of great attention to the territory thanks to the allocation of new forces at the service of the community. He recalled that Trentino, a land of autonomy, is characterised by strong cooperation between local and state institutions; a capacity that has been demonstrated even recently when the community has had to deal with difficult situations. The President, wishing good work to the Carabinieri who had just entered service, spoke of Trentino as a welcoming land where there is great attention to the issue of security.
