Issuing temporary number plates and waybills

The issue of the waybill is governed by Circular No. 7518 of 03/03/2021 of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility (MIMS):

The service is open to all interested parties.

• make an appointment at the Civil Vehicle Registration Offices, via the "Digital Channels" section
• complete and deliver the documentation in the "Documentation to be brought" section.

The PAGOPA code associated with the fee for "Updating registration certificate or single document" is:

• T004 "Various updates without duplicate issue" (AMBITO TRENTO).

In case of deregistration for export of motor vehicles, motorbikes and trailers with a total mass of 3.5 tonnes or more

• Form TT2119 completed and signed by the owner;
• "Form 4624 application for provisional number plates" completed and signed by the owner;
• the copy of the identification document
• the single document of deregistration for export;
• in the case of a company, complete the "Company Declaration";
• receipt of payment made through pagoPA by connecting to "Portale dell'automobilista" and following PAGOPA INSTRUCTIONS.
