Individual disciplines such as the long jump, vortex throw, 50-metre flat jump and 30-metre wheelchair jump, but also a five-a-side football tournament and many multi-sport activities to try out during the day, thanks to the collaboration with local associations: this is the GSH sports trophy, now in its eleventh edition, which took place today in Cles under the banner of inclusiveness and sport for all. About 150 athletes from various parts of Trentino, together with their companions from the participating social cooperatives: besides the event organiser GSH, Casa Sebastiano, Iter, Grazie alla Vita, Amalia Guardini, C.S.4, Incontra, Iris .
The day was opened by the Provincial Councillor for Health, Social Policies, Disability and Family and, at the awards ceremony in the afternoon, by the Councillor for Promotion, Sport and Tourism of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
The councillor for health brought greetings from the president of the Autonomous Province and pointed out that, after the stop due to the pandemic that the trophy suffered, resumed this year after the last edition in 2019, the day represents a sign of recovery and restart, under the banner of friendship and being together. For this, he thanked the organisers, associations, cooperatives and volunteers who worked for the success of the event.
