It is a return to the origins as told by Alfio Ghezzi, chef at the Mart, during today's cooking tales organised at the Buonconsiglio castle, in the Loggia del Romanino for the Trentodoc Festival. A place of art in which the focus of the meeting was perfectly placed: chefs who have decided to bring their art to life in the rooms of a museum. As in the case of Alfio Ghezzi, who, in a duet with journalist Alessandra Dal Monte, explained his vision of an art restaurant. "First of all," said the chef, "those who decide to make a restaurant inside a museum must immediately understand that they will be dealing with a different method of catering, starting with the opening hours. It sounds like a triviality, but being open longer hours also imposes a necessary remodelling of the catering offer during the day'.
