   Socially useful work in Trentino: applications open until 16 January 2023

   Registration for provincial socially useful jobs is now open: Agenzia del Lavoro opens the first application window, the deadline for which is 16 January 2023.
   The initiative - better known in the past as "intervention 19", now identified as "intervention 3.3.D" according to the Document of Labour Policy Interventions of Agenzia del Lavoro of the Province of Trento - is particularly important in Trentino, involving about 2 thousand workers every year. Put in place to support and increase the employment opportunities of unemployed persons in a condition of employment weakness, it embodies a dual function: not only as a measure to support labour insertion and inclusion, but also as an instrument of social, community and territorial enhancement.

   Handicrafts, Career day tour in the area concluded: 300 people and 50 participating companies

   A total of 300 people and 50 craft companies took part in the cycle of recruitment events ("Career day") for personnel in the craft sector organised in Trentino. The cycle of events - promoted by Agenzia del Lavoro in collaboration with the Association of Artisans and Small Businesses of the Province of Trento - was created with the aim of stimulating and qualifying the meeting between demand and supply of labour in the craft sector, especially in the areas of plant engineering, woodworking and construction, with a specific search for construction workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and heating technicians.

    A total of 66 student-athletes resident in the province and attending a course in the second cycle of education or training have been granted a €1,500 scholarship for 2022 for sporting and scholastic merit. This was established by the director of the Tourism and Sport Service with determination no. 13544 of 9 December 2022, adopted pursuant to Article 24 of Provincial Law no. 4 of 21 April 2016.
