Water concessions - Visualisation

The water derivation concessions desk is the single point of contact between the Service that manages the water resource of the Autonomous Province of Trento and citizens, businesses and entities for consulting concession applications for the use of public water, both surface and underground.

It is also possible to consult the complete list of concessions issued and applications in progress with reference to the provincial territory.

Access is permitted only to natural persons who hold water derivation concessions or who have been delegated.

• Citizens
• Companies
• Public entities
• Other entities with legal personality

Access is granted to natural persons acting in their own interest or, if delegated, for a company or entity.

Using the SPID or CIEdigital identity, it is possible to:

• access to the consultation of the status of the application for public water derivation or of information relating to their concession files or other public water use measures;
• access to viewing the list of concessions issued.

Using the free consultation it is possible to

• view the list of concessions issued;
• visualise on the map the location of intake/diversion works in the territory for the concessions granted.

In the case of a legal person, a proxy for a natural person for access to the consultation must be submitted by the dealer.
