Water concessions - DEL GEDI - Delegation of access to concessions desk

The form concerns the request to be used when the holder (applicant) of a water concession or related procedure does not have the possibility of accessing the relevant online counter. The counter, which can be accessed with SPID or CIE, allows the applicant to consult the data relating to the procedures for which he or she is responsible and to initiate and manage new applications. Several water concession dossiers in the name of the same holder may be indicated with a single application; in this case, the delegated parties must be the same for all the water concession dossiers indicated.

Applications may be submitted by Citizens, Associations, Companies, Sole Proprietorships, Professionals, Bodies and other Organisations

The form can be filled in online using the free programme 'Adobe Acrobat Reader'.
The form may be
- printed, signed, scanned and sent together with a copy of your identity document
- saved in static format (PDF/A) and digitally signed.

SUBMISSION OF REQUEST

>> Companies/professionals: the request must be sent via PEC, to the address of the Service Management
water and energy resources serv.acquenergia@pec.provincia.tn.it.
>> P.I.Tre. federated public administrations: the request can be transmitted in the above manner
or via P.I.Tre. interoperability.
>> Natural persons: the request must be transmitted, with the relevant attachments, to the PEC address indicated above,
also possibly via a non-certified email address.
