The inauguration of the new judicial year by the Court of Administrative Justice also aroused the interest of the media in relation to the complex affair of the NOT and, consequently, of the New Health and University Pole supported by the current Provincial Council.
In this regard, the executive recalls that it acknowledged Guerrato's forfeiture of the role of Promoter due to the failure to approve the project presented by the latter, and that it decided to proceed with the construction of the New Pole through a commissioner structure in order to provide a concrete response to the changed needs brought about by the pandemic and, above all, by the start of the path that brought the new inter-university School of Medicine and Surgery to Trento.
In view of this, it should also be noted that the area destined to house the new facility is also significantly larger than the area considered in the tender from which the Guerrato company, whose project was not approved by the Services Conference, emerged as promoter
