The Stelvio National Park Plan, the main planning and protection instrument of the protected area, saw its first adoption in 2019, with further amendments in 2022, until its final adoption in July 2023.
At the same time as the Plan, the Regulations were also adopted, an instrument that regulates the exercise of permitted, limited or prohibited activities in the Park territory.

To arrive at the approval and entry into force of the Plan it is now necessary, in conjunction with the other two sectors, to send it to the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security to acquire a binding opinion, in view of the final approval by the Provincial Council.
