'I will bring to the Council of Ministers the request of the Trentino valleys for a coexistence between man and animal, which however must be based on numbers and on life, because the life of a man, of a child, of a gentleman, of a boy, is a unique asset to be protected'. This is what the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Matteo Salvini said today in Pinzolo, after a meeting with thirty mayors from the area in the presence of the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento Maurizio Fugatti, most of the Provincial Council and the General Manager of the Civil Protection, Forestry and Fauna Department Raffaele De Col . "We talked about infrastructures, and we will meet again in Trento, because we are unblocking many projects, from the ring road to many other infrastructures awaited for years,' Salvini continued at the end of the meeting. 'Trentino is a land of welcome, of beauty, of mountain pastures, of mountain agriculture, of hard work, of respect. And all these mayors representing the valleys are asking that the coexistence between man and large carnivores be guaranteed, because public safety and security also depend on it'.
