Digital natives are conscious consumers, looking for information and tools to guide their purchasing choices, especially in the world of wine. Only by considering these factors, and only by renewing the language and style with which they promote their products, will wineries be able to establish a profitable relationship with the new generations. These were the premises of the wine talk held tonight at Palazzo Roccabruna "Generation Z and Millennials: the new paths of wine". The guests were Andrea Lonardi, COO Angelini Wines & Estates, who recently became Master of Wine, Federico Veronesi, Brand Leader of the Signorvino chain, Alessandro Nigro Imperiale, Best Sommelier of Italy 2022 and Head Sommelier at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, and then two Trentodoc producers, Luca Salizzoni, oenologist and production manager of Cantina Salizzoni, and Massimo Tarter, director of Cantina d'Isera. Discussing with them will be Luciano Ferraro, scientific director of the Festival and deputy editor of Corriere della Sera.
