The provincial education and training institutions, envisaged in Annex A of Provincial Law 3/2006, are bodies endowed with legal personality, educational, organisational, administrative and financial autonomy, research, experimentation and development, in accordance with the provisions of this law and the implementing regulations. The institutions plan and provide the education and training offer provided by the provincial education system and carry out their activities within the scope of the autonomy granted to them, and in particular to school institutions, by Article 117, third paragraph, of the Constitution.
The school and training institutions implement the educational service according to criteria of adequacy, differentiation, participation and loyal collaboration, both with reference to the expectations of the families and to the specific capacities and characteristics of the students and of the other subjects of the school community, and with regard to the need for integration and dialogue with the local communities, with the other functional autonomies, with the social and professional context, with the world of work and with the expressions of horizontal subsidiarity referred to in Article 118 of the Constitution.
