The snow quota is suddenly rising above 1800 - 2000 m. Locally, until the evening and in depressions where cold air is stagnating, especially at altitudes above 1000 m, the possibility of brief freezing episodes is not entirely excluded. Widespread precipitation is expected tomorrow, more intense from the afternoon evening; snow quotas above 2300 - 2500 m and only locally at lower altitudes especially on the western sectors and during the most intense phases.
Road cleaning operations are in progress by the Roads Management Service, assisted in certain sections by private companies entrusted with this service.
We would like to remind you that from 15 November it has been compulsory to travel with snow tyres or chains on board during snowfall.
We recommend moderating speed' and driving with particular caution due to the slippery road surface and the presence on the carriageway of snow removal vehicles and anti-icing treatments.
