Checking whether there are the conditions to make two needs coexist: on the one hand the safety of skiers on the slopes and on the other the access to the Capanna Cervino refuge, on Passo Rolle: this is the objective of the provincial councillor for tourism Roberto Failoni, who will soon convene the parties involved to resolve the controversy that has bounced back in recent days on the pages of the local newspapers, in the interest of the entire tourist district. "We are talking about an area of very high value," Failoni emphasises, "both for skiing and hiking, with the itinerary that in addition to the structure in question also touches Baita Segantini. Without entering into the merits of the dispute, which is not the province's responsibility, it is clear that a common-sense solution must be found as soon as possible that satisfies the parties but above all guarantees that visitors can fully enjoy the beauty of a Dolomite area such as Passo Rolle. We hope to do this in the short term, and that is why I will meet the parties involved in order to agree on a mediation'.
