Flat-rate emergency transport contributions for secondary activities

The Province grants the voluntary associations referred to in paragraph 4 of art. 23 of L.P. 16/2010, which carry out the emergency and urgent medical transport service in agreement with the provincial health service, an annual flat-rate contribution for the carrying out of activities, other than those covered by the aforementioned agreements, which have civic, solidarity, social utility or volunteer promotion purposes and which are carried out as secondary and instrumental activities; the contribution as an annual flat-rate is recognised on the basis of the number of active, non-occasional volunteers entered in the register referred to in Article 17 of the CTS, subject to proof of the carrying out of the aforementioned activities. For the same activities, the Province also awards a further annual flat-rate contribution, consisting of a fixed amount and two bonus amounts, to associations that exclusively use volunteer staff for the activities they carry out.

Voluntary associations/organisations that

1) have signed an agreement with the Provincial Health Services Agency for the emergency and urgent medical transport service for the year of competence/reference, and

2) carry out for the provincial territory in accordance with their own statutes - free of charge and therefore without any economic contribution from third parties (e.g. reimbursement of expenses, contributions, competitions) - at least two of the activities having a civic, solidarity, socially useful purpose according to the criteria set out in Attachment A) approved by the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2445 of 21 December 2023.

The application may be submitted by the legal representatives of the voluntary associations/organisations that have signed an agreement with the Provincial Health Services Agency for the emergency and urgent medical transport service for the year of competence/reference, and that carry out the transport service for the provincial territory in accordance with their own statutes - free of charge and therefore without any financial contribution from third parties (e.g. reimbursement of expenses, contributions, competitions) - at least two of the activities with a civic, solidarity or socially useful purpose in accordance with the criteria set out in Annex A) approved by the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2445 of 21 December 2023.

Submit an application for recognition and payment of the lump-sum grant(s) using the forms approved by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2445 of 21 December 2023 and available on the institutional website of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Applications may be submitted either in two instalments (down payment and balance) or in a single instalment to the competent Health Department of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Applications for a down payment of 50% of the contributions must be submitted between 1 January and 31 March of the reference year.

Requests for the balance of 50% of the contributions or, alternatively, requests for a single payment must be presented from 1 January to 28 February of the year following the reference year.

The application shall be sent to the PEC address of the competent Provincial Health Department and/or to another hierarchically subordinate structure, signed by the legal representative digitally or with a handwritten signature, in which case a copy of the valid identification document must be attached.

- Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant (if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge).
