A tasty aperitif, Savoy cabbage dumplings, luganega, cheese fondue, carrot and capuchin salad, goulash with potatoes, and finally hazelnut cake and zabaglione cream. This was the menu that the young people of the social promotion association Dream prepared for 80 guests at the Soggiorno Alpino Meriz di Lenzumo in Ledro, which was attended among others by the president of the Province and the mayor of Ledro.
"We wanted to organise this social promotion lunch to make known and demonstrate that our nine boys of the association, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, know how to prepare a meal of typical Trentino products, all to be enjoyed," explained president Daniela Vassallo. "In a difficult world for people with disabilities, we want to teach and help these young people to have the possibility of being able to find a place in the world of work, and in particular in the catering sector.
