In order to allow for the revision and subsequent approval of the new implementation criteria of Provincial Law no. 4 of 21 April 2016. 4, the Provincial Council has suspended, with effect from 1 November 2024 and until otherwise provided, the deadlines for the collection of applications for contributions under the following articles of the same law: Article 15, paragraph 1, letters a), b), c), d), f), h); Article 16, paragraphs 2 and 3; Article 17; Article 21, paragraph 1, letter a); Article 26, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4; Article 36; Article 37, paragraph 3. The new implementation criteria will be approved by the Provincial Council in the next few weeks and then a communication will follow on the reopening of the deadlines for applications for 2025. An exception is made for applications with automatic procedure under Article 15, paragraph 1, letters a), b), h), concerning initiatives concluded in October, November and December 2024, which can be submitted from 1 January to 31 October 2025, and for 2024 applications submitted with automatic procedure under Article 16, paragraph 2, which can be submitted until 30 November 2024. For these applications, the current implementation criteria set forth in Resolution No. 1605/2022 will be applied.
