Contributions to the functioning of the section or association of athletes with disabilities (application)

It is a grant for annual operating expenses incurred by association sections, associations and sports clubs dedicated to people with disabilities.

The following types of expenditure are eligible for the financial year ending the year following the submission of the application
(a) rent, condominium expenses and cleaning of the premises;
(b) utilities;
(c) stationery;
(d) computer systems and services
(e) bank and postal charges
f) reimbursements and compensation to administrative collaborators (provided that they are not financed by the national federations or bodies) and technical collaborators;
g) rental and use of sports facilities and equipment;
h) fees and reimbursement of expenses to teachers and consultants;
(i) teaching materials.

The operating expenses of association sections dedicated to persons with disabilities, incurred by sports associations or clubs that also operate with athletes without disabilities, must refer exclusively to that section and may also be charged in proportion, specifying the calculation method adopted.

The contribution is granted to the extent of 70% of the eligible expenditure and in any case within the limit of the deficit, the available resources and the maximum amount of €5,000.

The contribution for the operating expenses of an association section or association for people with disabilities is provided for in Article 26, paragraph 4 of Provincial Law no. 4 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" of 21 April 2016.

Applications must be submitted between 1 and 30 November each year.

Each applicant may submit only one application per year.

On the basis of the available resources, established annually by the Provincial Council, all accepted applications are financed. If the available resources are insufficient to fully fund the admitted applications, a proportional redetermination of the contribution will be made among all of them.

Amateur sports associations and clubs that:
(a) are registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities (RAS)
b) are regularly affiliated to national sporting federations (FSN) or associated sporting disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and State bodies (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP
c) they regularly carry out activities during the sporting year in the disciplines regulated by the FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or the CIP
d) have their registered office in the provincial territory;
e) they have their own members
f) they have a specific activity on the provincial territory aimed at promoting sporting discipline in the youth sectors as defined and regulated by the relevant FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or CIP.

Amateur sports associations and clubs that work exclusively with athletes with disabilities and that
(a) are registered in the national register of amateur sports activities (RAS)
b) are regularly affiliated to national sporting federations (FSN) or associated sporting disciplines (DSA) or sports promotion bodies (EPS) or meritorious associations (AB) or military sports groups and State bodies (GSM) recognised by CONI or CIP
c) they regularly carry out activities during the sporting year in the disciplines regulated by the FSN or DSA recognised by CONI or the CIP
d) have their registered office in the provincial territory;
e) they have their own members
f) they do not have a specific activity on the provincial territory aimed at promoting the sport in the youth sectors.

The application must be signed by the legal representative of the sports organisation.

The application must be submitted on the fillable form prepared by the administration and sent in static PDF or JPG format to the certified mailbox serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it, or delivered by hand to the Sports Activities Office.

1. Application completed in full, dated and signed.
2. Explanatory report referring to the planned activities.
3. Financial plan showing income and expenditure for each type of eligible expenditure.
4. Copy of the by-laws showing the presence of a sports section dedicated to people with disabilities and the prevalence of sports practice towards people with disabilities or showing that the association or sports club is exclusively dedicated to people with disabilities.
5. Disclosure pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016, dated and signed.
6. Photocopy of an identity document of the applicant, if the application is signed with a handwritten signature and not in the presence of the employee in charge.
