To promote the revitalisation and repopulation of decentralised and disadvantaged areas throughout the Trentino region through a programme of measures concerning both the provision of new housing solutions and services for the local community. This is the objective of the Memorandum of Understanding, concerning the RiVal project, signed by the Autonomous Province of Trento, assisted in the project by Cassa del Trentino, and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
The collaboration initiated between the provincial administration and CDP is aimed at defining the methods of intervention and the type of instruments that can be activated, also through the analysis of international best practices, to tackle abandonment by citizens in peripheral and disadvantaged areas of the province of Trento. A project that can be implemented thanks to the advisory service provided by CDP and financed by the European Union, under the InvestEU Programme, and by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti itself.
