Provision of training in ESF+ vocational apprenticeships

The Notice, approved by resolution No. 2009 of the Provincial Council of 20 October 2023, amended by resolution No. 1193 of the Provincial Council of 2 August 2024 and by resolution No. 1559 of 17 October 2025, is aimed at identifying the entities to be included in the provincial list of entities qualified to provide public training in professional apprenticeships through individual vouchers to apprentices.

Pursuant to Article 44 of Legislative Decree No. 81 of 15 June 2015, the professionalising apprenticeship contract is an employment contract for the attainment of a professional qualification for contractual purposes through training aimed at the acquisition of basic and transversal skills and training of a professionalising nature.

More specifically, for each apprentice hired under a professional apprenticeship contract, a yearly 'professional apprenticeship voucher' is allocated, co-financed by the European Union - European Social Fund Plus, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento. This voucher is calculated on 40 hours of training activity for a maximum value of EUR 734.00 and is intended to finance the individual share of training activity in the provincial catalogue of public training for professional apprenticeships.

The value of the voucher recognised to the apprentices is disbursed, in the name and on behalf of the apprentices themselves, to the disbursing subjects, identified through this public notice and included in the list of qualified subjects.

The Notice is therefore aimed at regulating

• the procedures for constituting the provincial list of qualified subjects for the provision of public training in the professional apprenticeship sector with the identification, for each proposing subject, of the relevant training proposals
• the performance of the relevant management tasks for the provision of training.

Interested parties may submit their project proposal from 6 May 2026 and before the deadline of 31 May 2026 at 12.30 p.m.

The application may be submitted by public and private bodies having their registered office in the European Union, Temporary Enterprise Groupings, consortia and EGs.

Inclusion in the list of qualified entities will take place only after theESF accreditation if the organisation does not already have it.

Interested entities may submit their project proposal from 6 May 2026 and before the deadline of 31 May 2026 at 12.30 p.m.

Interested entities must submit their application and project proposal through the computerised procedure of SUBMISSION AND MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING INTERVENTIONS.

New Entities, in order to access the computerised accreditation procedure, must first register in REGISTRATION. At the end of the registration procedure, an access link will be communicated to the e-mail address to access the reserved area. Project proposals must be drawn up using the on-line computerised procedure and consist of the following documents, approved by order of the Director of the Agenzia del Lavoro no. 833 of 15/11/2023:

Model A - Application for inclusion in the provincial list of providers digitally signed by the legal representative or his/her delegate with power of signature, in compliance with the current stamp regulations

Model B - Project proposal

Model D - Declaration of Temporary Grouping of Companies/Consortium/EIG Model to be completed only in the case of submission of project proposals by unincorporated R.T.I., Consortia or E.E.G. If already constituted send a copy of the deed of constitution.

Declaration of acceptance of the general contractual provisions

Download the application and the other required documents, digitally sign the documents in a single file, upload them onto the computer system and submit them to the Administration directly online via the computer system.

The IT procedure will issue a receipt with the date and time of submission of the application.
