How to apply for revocation of recognition of ski and snowboard schools

Description

Recognition of the school is revoked if one of the requisites is lacking or if one of the conditions set out in paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the implementing regulations of Provincial Law 20/1993 is not met.

Ski schools and unrecognised organisations that use subjects without the qualifications required by law are punished with administrative sanctions of between 600 and 1,800 euros.

The use of the name 'school' by unrecognised organisations results in an administrative sanction of the payment of a sum of between 400 and 1,200 euros to each person teaching skiing within the unrecognised organisation.

What to do

The school is required to notify the competent structure for tourism of the loss of the requirements or conditions for recognition as well as changes to the school's memorandum of association, statutes or regulations.
The communication with the simultaneous request for revocation of recognition shall be made via PEC to serv.turismo@pec.provincia.tn.it.

Before deciding on revocation, the structure responsible for tourism informs the school of the reasons justifying the measure.

The school may submit any observations within 30 days of receipt of the communication.
