Description
The ICEF, or Family Economic Status Indicator, measures the level of economic well-being of a household when applying for services or benefits such as the Provincial Universal Allowance, discounts on school canteen fees or transport fares, dental care, etc.
It takes into account income, movable and immovable assets, certain deductible and tax-deductible expenses, as well as other allowances and pensions relating to each individual family member, including minors and cohabitants with no family ties.
The ICEF declaration is completed at CAAF offices or provincial public service counters located throughout the region. The operator enters all the necessary information online; at the end of the procedure, the system generates a PDF of the ICEF declaration, ready to be signed on a tablet using agraphometric signature.
You can then view the data that has been entered.
