Print your Single Care Certificate

The Single Certification (CU) is available to all citizens who have received financial support for care (disability benefit, care allowance, provincial universal allowance, etc.) or supplementary social security benefits (regional schemes) from the Provincial Agency for Social Care and Supplementary Social Security in the year preceding the current one.

Access to the service is via the internet, by logging in using one of the accepted methods: CPS/CNS, SPID or CIE, or by contacting your relevant welfare organisation.
