What to do
The form may be delivered by hand, posted or sent by certified mail to the following address: serv.polamm@pec.provincia.tn.it.
If it is not produced by hand, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of the applicant's identity document. If he/she is a non-EU citizen, a photocopy of his/her valid residence permit must also be produced.
