The application must be submitted at least 30 days before the date of the event for which
for which authorisation is sought. To assess the documentation to be enclosed, please read the instructions below.
Please note that it is also necessary to enclose the technical documentation for the opinion of the Provincial Supervisory Commission for Theatres and Other Public Entertainment Venues.
- Form No 004450 (APPLICATION)
The form may be delivered by hand, posted or sent by certified mail to the following address: serv.polamm@pec.provincia.tn.it.
If it is not produced by hand, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of the applicant's identity document. If the applicant is a non-EU citizen, a photocopy of a valid residence permit must also be produced.
The issue of the licence is subject to the payment of stamp duty. Therefore, three €16.00 revenue stamps (one for the application and two for the order) must be produced together with the form. In the case of exemption from stamp duty (e.g. O.N.L.U.S. - sports federations - sports promotion bodies and non-profit amateur sports associations and societies recognised by the C.O.N.I.), the details of the law must be indicated in the application.
- Map of the route with route plan attached;
- Competition regulations/programme
with the approval stamp of the competent Federation/Committee;
- Nulla-osta of the municipalities concerned;
- Form no. 004452 (RACE MODEL)
in the event of the presence of structures (grandstands, stages, pylons, etc.) intended to accommodate the public (including, for example, those intended for the Authorities) and/or those in charge of the event, to be kept at the venue together with the authorisation issued by the Provincial Administrative Police Service.
In particular, we would like to remind you of the obligation to comply with the requirements set forth in the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 814 of 18 May 2015 concerning the organisation and health care of the scheduled event.

With effect from the day following receipt of the application.Failure by the structure to comply with the aforementioned time limit allows the interested party to apply to the Director General of the Department of Crafts, Commerce, Promotion, Sport and Tourism to urge the conclusion of the procedure
