This SCIA may only be presented and is valid and effective if all the requirements and prerequisites indicated in the SCIA are met; in the case of the installation of more than 10 rides, the area as a whole must in any case be subject to verification by the Provincial Vigilance Commission and the validity of this SCIA is subject to the positive outcome of the verification itself and to compliance with any prescriptions imposed; the maximum number of participants refers to the number of people present on the ride at the same time (for circuses the capacity of the grandstands to be installed must be taken into account).

The Certified Declaration of Commencement of Activity is submitted together with the first three pages of the carousel model.
