Within the framework of public participation in environmental assessment procedures, the service allows anyone to send, after authentication through SPID, CIE or CNS/CPS, public comments within the framework of EIA, preliminary consultation and environmental impact assessment procedures under Provincial Law no. 19 of 17 September 2013

A natural person, a legal person or several natural persons represented by another person, after authentication via SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale), CIE (Carta di Identità Elettronica) or CPS/CNS (Carta Provinciale dei Servizi/Carta Nazionale dei Servizi)
