SRG01 - Call for proposals 2024 for support to operational groups of the EIP AGRI

The call is aimed at supporting projects presented by the Operational Groups (GO) of the PEI AGRI, for the development of innovation, new products, new production techniques, new organisational and management models and to promote knowledge, innovation, digitalisation in the agricultural, forestry and rural areas sector as well as their dissemination through the identification of problems/opportunities and related innovative solutions, implemented within a partnership that implements the project. The implementation of the project takes place through an interactive approach to innovation, which promotes the participation of the users of the innovations and all other stakeholders who are involved in various ways in the implementation phases.

Operational groups are partnerships made up of various types of actors such as, for example, companies, farmers, research centres, universities, consultants acting together to introduce and disseminate innovation in compliance with the objectives of the EIP-AGRI as more precisely defined in Art. 127 of Reg.

The application must be submitted online by accessing the provincial agricultural information system SRTrento at https://srt.infotn.it, which can also be reached from the portal https://a4g.provincia.tn.it/, by the deadline of 15 January 2025 at 12 noon.

All necessary requirements and selection criteria are specified in the notice annex A to Provincial Council Decision No 1621 of 11 October 2024 as amended.

When compiling the application for aid, the system will ask each party participating in the procedure to fill in the subjective requirements and enter the additional information needed to assess the eligibility criteria for the operations.

The application must mandatorily be accompanied by the documentation referred to in paragraph 9.4 of the notice:

1. Strategic Plan, as per the "Strategic Plan Template - Annex B" to the notice, which must contain:
   1. the identification of problems/opportunities and related innovative solutions;
   2. the expected results and their contribution to the achievement of the EIP objectives;
   3. the chronoprogram of activities, showing the timelines, at least every six months, and identifying the actions of the GO partners in carrying out the project phases.
   4. a budget of the project's estimated costs;
   5. a programme for dissemination and dissemination of results, including through the EIP network.
2. Internal Rules of Procedure of the GO, as per model "Annex C" to the call.
3. Curriculum vitae of the administrative lead partner and other relevant CVs used for scoring in the selection criteria.
4. Copy of the memorandum of association of companies (Associazione Temporanea di Imprese (ATI) or Associazione Temporanea di Scopo (ATS), with special mandate of representation conferred on the administrative lead partner, as per form "Annex D" to the call. Where such a temporary grouping has not already been formed at the time the application for support is submitted, applicants undertake to form it within 60 days of the approval of the ranking list of applications accepted for support or in any case before the adoption of the decision approving the application for support, as set out in point 4.2 of this notice.
