Request to visit the 112 Single Emergency Call Centre

For the adult audience, the activity includes an on-site presentation on the characteristics of the Single Emergency Number and its functioning, the technologies available to the 1-1-2 Operators and the functioning of the WhereAreU APP. This is followed by a visit to the actual Centre, with a look at the computer applications and the possibility of making test calls, so as to see the work of the Single Emergency Response Centre Operators in practice.

For the youngest, after a brief presentation, there will instead be games aimed at learning interactively what the 1-1-2 is and how it works.

The activity is aimed at organisations, relief associations and schools.

For service reasons, the possibility of requesting visits to the Single Emergency Call Centre may occasionally be suspended.
