Description
The service allows you to apply for theSingle Territorial Authorisation (AUT), a measure that includes and replaces the authorisations on the subject of environmental protection from pollution (discharges, waste, emissions into the atmosphere) required by companies and bodies in cases where they carry out business activities, and a defined series of other authorisations on the subject of the environment, landscape protection and territorial governance provided for by provincial legislation.
TheAUT may also include:
- Landscape authorisations (art. 64 of Provincial Law no. 15 of 4 August 2015 on urban planning);
- Hydrogeological authorisations (art. 16 of the Provincial Law no. 11 of 23 May 2007, on forests and nature protection) - excluding cultivation transformations < 1 hectare of forest;
- Impact assessment (art. 39 of Provincial Law no. 11 of 23 May 2007 on Forests and Nature Protection);
- Authorisations for interventions in hydraulic buffer zones (Provincial Law no. 18 of 8 July 1976 on public waters);
- Authorisations for the protection and conservation of cultural heritage and the historical heritage of the First World War (Provincial Law no. 1 of 17 February 2003);
- Authorisation for wastewater reuse in environmental matrices;
- Authorisations for interventions in R3 and R4 areas pursuant to the Implementation Rules of the PGUAP (Articles 16 and 17, paragraph 1);
- Authorisations for the construction and operation of thermoelectric power plants pertaining to the Province;
- Authorisation from the Municipality on compliance with the provisions of urban planning instruments, building regulations and building regulations.
TheAUT does not apply
- in amnesty proceedings
- in cases where only the landscape authorisation is required (art. 21, c. 5, lett. a), no. 2) of the 2015 EIA Provincial Law) and the deed of urban conformity.
There is the option not to use the AUT in the case of plants or activities provided for by Presidential Decree 59/2013 for the construction or operation of which it is sufficient to
- submit only a communication (agronomic use of livestock effluents, noise emissions, simplified procedure for waste recovery);
- adhere to general authorisations (atmospheric emissions);
even if other measures provided for by Provincial Law 19/2013 are required.
The duration of the AUT is 15 years (except for shorter periods provided for within the same measure).
