Description
With reference to the emergency management activities, for which a state of emergency has been declared, the Province, pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1 of Provincial Law No. 9 of 1 July 2011
(a) reimburses the employer the equivalent of the emoluments paid for each worker engaged as a volunteer
b) pay the self-employed worker engaged as a volunteer the reimbursement for the loss of daily earnings, determined, as a lump sum, at a maximum of €103.29.
The benefits apply if the person's participation in the emergency management activity entails absence from work for at least 2 consecutive days and are due for the period exceeding the first day of absence from work.
