With reference to the educational and training initiatives authorised by the General Manager in charge of civil protection, by 31 December each year, in accordance with Article 5 of the criteria approved by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 241 of 21 February 2014, the Province
a) reimburses the employer the equivalent of the emoluments paid for each worker engaged as a volunteer in the education and training initiative;
b) pay the self-employed worker engaged as a volunteer in the education and training initiative the reimbursement for the loss of daily earnings, determined, as a lump sum, at a maximum of Euro 103.29.
