Recognition of the staffing of Social and Welfare Services (SIOSS)

The purpose of the survey is to fulfil the information requirements of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy relating to the database of social professions and social workers referred to in the Social Services Supply Information System (SIOSS). The Social Services Supply Information System (SIOSS) is provided for in Article 2 of Ministerial Decree No. 103 of 22 August 2019 - as last amended by Ministerial Decree No. 44 of 28 March 2025.

The SIOSS in particular consists, inter alia, of the Database of Professions and Social Workers, which identifies the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the professional work employed in the provision of social services, as provided for in Article 7 of Ministerial Decree No. 103 of 22 August 2019.

All Third Sector Bodies and Public Personal Services Companies that provided social welfare services in 2025 on behalf of the Province and/or of the Val d'Adige Valley/Territory Communities are required to comply with the survey.

The survey is carried out by filling in a form, which can be accessed through the 'Access the service' button that redirects to the electronic platform called 'Stanza del cittadino' (Citizen's Room), after authentication through the use of one's digital credentials:

• SPID (public system for managing the digital identity of citizens and businesses)
• CIE (electronic identity card)
• CNS (national services card).

The application may be submitted:

1. by the legal representative of the entity;

2. by his delegate.

The proxy, prepared on the appropriate form available in the Forms section, must be digitally signed by the legal representative or signed by the same by means of a handwritten signature (and in this case accompanied by an identity document of the declarant) and uploaded in the General Data/Declarant section of the survey form.

In order to be able to comply with the information requests, the data as at 31.12.2025 concerning the staffing levels for the provision of social-welfare services on behalf of the Province and/or the Comunità di Valle/Territorio Val d'Adige must be entered. It is specified that all the services provided regardless of the method of financing and entrusting are to be considered for the survey and that information on the employees/collaborators engaged in the service provision in contact with users, including coordinators and directors, is to be indicated. The survey does not cover administrative staff or other personnel such as cleaners, maintenance staff, etc. Data are requested by type of service and, if a person works on more than one type of service, they should be entered in the type for which they work the most hours.

The number of operators refers to the number of natural persons.

The data to be provided are briefly described in the table in the Documents section.

The form must be completed by 12 June 2025
