The ageing of the population in Trentino presents the service system with constantly evolving social, organisational and economic challenges.
The services and interventions collected in this section are the result of consolidated networking between public bodies, private social organisations and citizens aimed at enhancing the elderly person as a resource for the entire community.
Silver Space
From 1 January 2023, Spazio Argento is the point of reference for all the needs of older people, their families and carers.
The aim is to promote the quality of life of the elderly, ensuring timely and coordinated interventions that also support family members and caregivers in the care process. It also performs functions of orientation and accompaniment to social welfare and social-health services and promotion of active ageing activities.
