RSA and other social and health services: contributions for the purchase of goods and vehicles

Pursuant to Article 19 bis, paragraphs 3 and 6 bis, of LP no. 6/1998, the Province may grant capital contributions to public bodies, associations, foundations, cooperatives and other private institutions, with legal personality and operating on a non-profit basis, which have among their aims the provision of social-health services, for the purchase and replacement of equipment, apparatus, furnishings and vehicles intended for the performance of social-health activities in RSAs and other social-health facilities.

Applications may be submitted by public bodies, associations, foundations, cooperatives and other private institutions with legal personality and operating on a non-profit basis, which have as one of their aims the provision of social and health services.

The application must be submitted to the Health and Care Policies Service by one of the following methods

- forwarding by electronic mail or certified electronic mail, in compliance with the relevant technical rules, to the address: serv.politsanitarie@pec.provincia.tn.it;

- use of the simplified interoperability channel within P.I.Tre for the subjects federated in P.I.Tre;

and, on a residual basis

- dispatch by registered post, with acknowledgement of receipt;

- hand delivery to the secretariat of the competent Service (Via Gilli, 4 - Trento) from Monday to Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon or at the peripheral offices located throughout the territory.

Types of grant applications

type a1): purchases indispensable for the functioning of RSAs resulting from new buildings, renovations and/or extensions, whose eligible expenditure exceeds € 2,000,000.00;

type a1): purchases that are indispensable for the operation of RSAs as a result of building works that can be carried out in sections with functional autonomy;

type a2): essential purchases for the operation of facilities other than RSAs resulting from the start-up of new activities and/or social/health services or extensions;

type b1): essential purchases and replacements for the operation of the structure, resulting from building work financed by the province that does not fall under types a1) and a2);

type b2): purchases and replacements that are essential to the functioning of the structure.
