Quarry permit/licence holders are required to report statistical data annually by accessing the service with their digital identity.
What to do
In order to complete the form, it is necessary to be in possession of the Public Digital Identity System (SPID ) and to be authenticated in the prescribed manner (CPS, CNS, SPID) through the following digital channel.
The system automatically enters the personal data of the digital identity used for access in the form to be filled in, including the linked e-mail address, which will be used by the system to send notifications that the form has been transmitted.
To change the e-mail addresson which to receive notifications, the user simply accesses his or her personal area of the 'citizen's room', https://servizidigitali.provincia.tn.it/lang/it/user/profile, and replaces the e-mail address in his or her user profile.
