Pupil and student transport season ticket reimbursement

Partial or total reimbursement of the fee paid for a season ticket for transport for pupils and students in pre-school, middle and high school may be requested in the following cases

• waiver of the transport service
• failure to provide the transport service
• incorrect payment

Refund of the full season ticket fee is only accepted for applications received by 31 October of the school year in question

Pupils and students holding a travel card or season ticket

The application may be submitted by the parent or guardian of the pupil/student if under age, or by the student himself/herself if over age
