Public security registers - endorsement

Forms and related documentation may be delivered by hand, mailed or sent by certified mail to the following address: serv.polamm@pec.provincia.tn.it.

If the application is not produced by hand, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identification document of the applicant. If the applicant is a non-EU citizen, a photocopy of a valid residence permit must also be produced.

- Form No. p_tn_m_00000953 (REQUEST WITH REVENUE STAMPS) For business agencies and for valuables activities

- Register, pursuant to Article 120 or 128 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security, which may also be kept electronically, for endorsement pursuant to Article 16 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security.
