Licence to run the business

What to do

The form may be delivered by hand, posted or sent by certified mail to the following address: serv.polamm@pec.provincia.tn.it.

If it is not produced by hand, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of the applicant's identity document. If the applicant is a non-EU citizen, a photocopy of a valid residence permit must also be produced.

The issue of the licence is subject to the payment of stamp duty. Therefore, two €16.00 revenue stamps (one for the application and one for the measure) must be produced together with the form. In the case of exemption from stamp duty (e.g. O.N.L.U.S. - sports federations - sports promotion bodies and non-profit amateur sports associations and societies recognised by the C.O.N.I.), the details of the law must be indicated in the application.
