It consists of obtaining a fire safety opinion from the fire brigade on the project of the activity to be carried out. A positive opinion is necessary to obtain subsequent authorisations.
Entities and individuals responsible for the activities listed in Annex I, categories B and C, of Presidential Decree 151 of 1 August 2011, for projects of new installations or constructions as well as for projects of modifications to existing ones, which entail an aggravation of the pre-existing fire safety conditions.
Submit an application for project assessment using the attached form.
For subject activities, the application for project evaluation, pursuant to Article 3 of Presidential Decree No. 151 of 1 August 2011, must contain
a) generalities and domicile of the applicant or, in the case of an entity or company, of its legal representative
b) specification of the main subject activity and of any secondary subject activities, which are the subject of the project evaluation request
(c) planned location of the works
d) general information on the main activity and any secondary activities subject to fire prevention control and indications of the type of work planned.
Fire prevention is a service against payment. The payment to be made is established by the Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 799 of 27 April 2012 published in the Official Bulletin of the Region no. 19/I-II of 08/05/2012.
The payment of the amount due must be made via pagoPA - the national node for electronic payments - by connecting to the address mypay.provincia.tn.it, selecting the entity "Provincia autonoma di Trento" and then selecting from the list
Provincial Fire Prevention Fund - Fire Prevention (SCIA - ARPCA - PROJECT EVALUATION - NOF - DEROGA - RENEWAL CPI - VCO)
then generate the spontaneous payment of the amount due by entering the required data.
The following must be attached to the application
a) technical documentation, signed by a qualified technician, conforming to the provisions of Annex I to the Ministerial Decree of 07 August 2012;
b) certification of the payment made.
In the case of modifications pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 6 of Presidential Decree no. 151 of 1 August 2011, which entail an aggravation of the pre-existing fire safety conditions, the technical documentation referred to in paragraph 2, letter a), must be compliant with what is specified in Annex I, letter C, to Ministerial Decree of 07 August 2012.
In the case of the use of the engineering approach to fire safety, the technical documentation referred to in paragraph 2, letter a), must be signed by a fire safety professional and must comply with what is specified in Annex I, letter A, to the Ministerial Decree of 07 August 2012, supplemented with what is specified in the annex to the decree of the Minister of the Interior of 9 May 2007, including the document containing the programme for the implementation of the SGSA.
