Prohibition on serving alcohol to minors

The Provincial Administrative Police Office is responsible for enforcing, in respect of persons under the age of 18, the prohibition on the serving, sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages; in particular, without prejudice to the supervisory functions referred to in Article 4(6) of Provincial Law No. 19 of 3 August 2010, the Head of the Office shall issue the order for a warning or dismissal of the case referred to in Article 18 of Law No. 689/81.
