Prohibition of serving alcohol to minors
The Provincial Administrative Police Service is competent with regard to the application, with reference to minors under the age of 18, of the prohibition to serve, sell and consume alcoholic beverages; in particular, without prejudice to the supervisory functions as per Article 4 paragraph 6 of Provincial Law no. 19 of 3 August 2010, the Director is responsible for issuing the injunction/arrangement as per Article 18 of Law 689/81.
