Description
These are vocational training courses, some of them with the possibility of an apprenticeship. In addition to the classroom part, there is always a practical workshop part.
The courses lead to the issuing of certificates of transparency of the learning acquired with respect to specific professional figures, which can be used in the provincial labour market.
The catalogue is made up of 79 different types of courses of varying duration (from 8 to 600 hours), which are the result of an analysis of the needs of Trentino enterprises in a wide range of professional sectors: from tourism to mechanics, from entertainment to personal care, from agriculture to commerce.
- 50 courses <150 hours;
- 4 qualifying licences (8 to 16 hours);
- 12 courses (>150 hours) without apprenticeships
- 13 courses (>150 hours) with apprenticeships
The catalogue also includes courses that lead to a specific qualification (forklift qualification, haccp, telescopic manitou, tree ropes).
Anattendance allowance of EUR 3.50/hour is envisaged for all participants in project proposals lasting 70 hours or more, who have attended at least 70% of the number of classroom/workshop hours and at least 70% of the duration ofany apprenticeship if envisaged, and have obtained a qualification/certificate/licence or Certificate of Transparency of Learning with a positive final assessment with reference to at least one training module in the learning assessment phase. There is no attendance allowance for the hours carried out in distance learning mode.
Free transport is envisaged for all courses exceeding 40 hours, from the residence/domicile to the place of training within the Province of Trento.
These courses are financed within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) - GOL Programme "Guaranteed Employability for Workers", Mission 5 "Inclusion and Cohesion", Component 1 "Labour Policies", Reform 1.1 "Active Labour Policies and Training".
Restrictions
Access to training courses is subject to the outcome of a profiling activity carried out by an Employment Centre operator, which defines the user's profile. Following profiling, the person will be followed by a guidance counsellor in order to choose the most suitable course for his/her training needs and requirements.
