Presentation of projects aimed at fostering the educational success of students

The Notice, approved by decision of the Provincial Council no. 1393 of 6 September 2024, finances training projects capable of supporting male and female students in overcoming difficulties encountered in their school career due to socio-environmental, cultural, linguistic, family or personal factors, through actions aimed at preventing school drop-out and promoting their educational success.

Interested parties who meet the requirements set forth in paragraph 7 of the Notice may submit project proposals with training content for the following operations

• Interventi di supporto all'apprendimento nelle fasi evolutive per favorire il successo personale e formativo: Interventi rivolti gli studenti iscritti al primo ciclo di istruzione, frequentanti un'istituzione scolastica provinciale o paritaria in provincia di Trento, che si trovano in situazione di fragilità educativa o che presentano difficoltà di apprendimento, non necessariamente legati a certificazione sanitaria (operation code 2_f6_01a);
• Interventions for the promotion of educational success and combating school drop-out: Interventions aimed at students enrolled in the second cycle of education, attending a provincial or paritarian school or training institution in the province of Trento, who are in a situation of educational fragility or who present learning difficulties, not necessarily linked to a health certification (operation code 2_f6_01b).

The total amount of resources available for the funding of this Notice is 2,020,000.00 euros (of which 808,000.00 euros constitute co-financing by the European Union - ESF+, equal to 40% of the total).

The objectives of the project proposals, referred to in paragraph 5.1 of the notice may be achieved through classroom, laboratory or learning support activities and must be additional to the curricular training proposal.

This intervention is funded under Priority 2 "Education and Training" of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) 2021-2027 Programme of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with co-funding from the European Union, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Maximum duration and funding

The duration of the intervention may vary between 30 and 150 hours per course.
A maximum of 6 projects aimed at the same provincial or parish school or training institution will be admitted for evaluation. The maximum funding that may be granted for each project proposal at the approval stage is 40,000 euros. Please refer to the Notice for details.

Implementation Timeframe
The maximum implementation time is 24 months from the date of the executive decision approving the rankings.

All public and private bodies with registered offices in the European Union may participate in this notice by submitting project proposals.

Temporary groupings of companies, consortia and EGs may also participate.

If the project is not submitted directly by a provincial or parochial educational or training institution, a project sharing agreement must be in place with at least one provincial or parochial educational or training institution operating in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Trento which has the characteristics defined in the individual operations, under penalty of ineligibility.

Project proposals may be submitted from 12. 30 p .m. on Tuesday 10 September 2024 and by the deadline of 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday 22 October 2024, in accordance with the procedures set out in paragraph 10 of the Notice, using the dedicated IT procedure.

The "guide to the computer procedure" is available, after logging into the computer system for the submission of projects, in tutorial mode.

Project proposals are composed of the following documents (Forms approved by Determination no. 9707 of 10 September 2024)

1. Application for funding (Form A): digitally signed by the legal representative or his delegate with power of signature, in compliance with current regulations on stamp duty (16.00 euros);
2. Project description (Form B): drawn up in Italian language, with a maximum number of 50,000 (fifty thousand) characters and digitally signed by the legal representative or its delegate with power of signature;
3. Financial Estimate (Model C): compiled in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6 of the Notice and the "ESF+ Implementation Criteria";
4. General Management Provisions digitally signed by the legal representative or his/her delegate with power of signature;
5. In the case of project proposals submitted by R.T.I., Consortia or G.E.I.E.: a) not yet constituted: declaration concerning the constituting R.T.I./Consortium/G.E.I.E. (Model D) digitally signed by all the legal representatives or their delegates with power of signature. b) incorporated: copy of the deed of incorporation. In this case, Models A), B), C) and the General Management Provisions must be digitally signed by the legal representative of the R.T.I., consortium or G.E.I.E. or its delegate with power of signature.
6. Sharing agreements, if the project is not submitted directly by a provincial or parish educational or training institution.

The submission of the documentation to the Administration will take place directly online through the IT system.

The computerised procedure will issue a receipt with the date and time of submission of the application.
