© Provincia autonoma di Trento -

Description

The payments that families will have to make to take advantage of the extended hours service at provincial preschools will be made exclusively through the PagoPA payment circuits.
PagoPA is the system that makes payments to the Public Administration simpler, safer and more transparent.
With the introduction of pagoPA, citizens are free to choose how to pay, with clear evidence of the commission costs involved and no more exchange of cash.

Restrictions

The amount of the payment will be calculated automatically and reported in the PA payment notice according to

  • number of requested hours of extended daily timetable service (1, 2 or maximum 3 hours) as indicated in the application form
  • type of rate identified by the family for the school year in question (full rate or subsidised rate on an icef basis)

Who it's for

It is aimed at families who have applied for extended hours services at pre-schools and have to pay for them.

What to do

Following school enrolment, the public administration will issue a payment notice based on the pupil's family's ICEF.
For the activation of the extended daily timetable service, only applications finalised with the payment of the fee due, according to these procedures, are considered useful:

Enrolment at a provincial pre-school

Payment of the fee is made according to the instructions given in the "pagoPA" payment notice. Payment of the fee due to the Autonomous Province of Trento is made exclusively through the PagoPA method.

From Thursday, 13 March 2025, the parent responsible for payment (the application subscriber) will receive a notice on his or her email inbox, indicated in the application, containing all the elements for making the payment (amount, debtor, IUV code).
The subscriber of the application

  • must pay the notice by 2 April 2025 by going to a physical counter (ticket offices), by accessing PagoPA via mypay using the dedicated Apps (IO, Sisalpay, Satispay, Bancomatpay) or by using an online current account;
  • he/she does not have to send the school/circle proof of payment as there is an automatic acknowledgement through PagoPA.

More information on the payment method can be found on the PagoPA website in Trentino and on Vivoscuola.
