Description
Open-air accommodation facilities are accommodation establishments open to the public equipped for the temporary stay and accommodation of tourists, located in fenced areas and constantly controlled by appropriate surveillance systems.
Open-air accommodation facilities are divided into the following types
- campsite
 - campsite-village
 - campsite-village (the latter type is to be considered 'residual' and therefore can no longer be built ex novo, but only modifications to the existing structure are admissible)
 
Restrictions
Depending on their type, open-air accommodations must meet the minimum requirements of the regulations in force.
