Notice of Competition for Ideas 'Trentino for All

The call for ideas competition "Trentino per tutti" consists of an open competition procedure in a single stage and anonymous form, which has as its object the presentation of conceptual proposals for tourism products or services aimed at people with physical, mental or intellectual and sensory disabilities to be implemented in the provincial territory.

The initiative is part of the project of the same name approved by Provincial Council Resolution No. 575 of 8 April 2022. This project, developed by the Tourism and Sport Service and the UMSE for Disability and Socio-Health Integration and winner of a call for bids promoted by the Ministry for Disabilities, in addition to actions aimed at developing the accommodation sector, training operators and setting up an information system for guests, in fact envisages actions aimed at developing the dedicated offer and increasing the accessibility of existing tourist products and services.

Participation in the Ideas Competition is free of charge.

CLARIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
All enquiries, both of a technical nature and relating to the competition notice, must be submitted, exclusively in writing, using the online form referred to in point 6 of the competition notice. Answers to the questions submitted will be published on this page within the deadlines established in the notice itself. These answers, together with the questions asked, will form an integral part of the notice.

Pursuant to the provisions of "PART SECOND - THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION OF THE AUTONOMOUS PROVINCE OF TRENTO - Section III - Specific measures for the prevention of corruption for activities with a higher risk of corruption" art. 14, paragraph 2 of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency 2023-2025, competitors undertake not to seek confidential contact with the relevant persons.

Under no circumstances may competitors violate the anonymous nature of the Competition.

Participation is open to all third sector organisations and economic operators who have been working in the tourism sector or in disability-related fields for at least two years. Further conditions and terms of participation are contained in the competition announcement.

Participation is exclusively anonymous.

Registration for the Competition and the submission of entries is simultaneous. Participants shall submit the required documentation exclusively by hand delivery and in accordance with the procedures specified in the competition notice, under penalty of exclusion from the procedure. Packages received after the deadline indicated in the competition notice or submitted by methods other than those prescribed therein will not be considered.

Under no circumstances will it be permitted to submit or supplement missing documentation at a later date.

In order to participate in the Ideas Competition, competitors must submit the following documents

• Signed application to participate in the Competition (available in the FORM section);
• Informative note pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 (available in the FORM section) signed;
• photocopy of a valid identity document of the undersigned.
